Provides smooth adjustable tension from fully locked to fully loose. Gives improved control and feel to the tiller handle. Adaptable to both inboard and outboard rudder tillers. Does not interfere with automatic steering systems. Ends need for lashing tiller when boat is moored, in slip or on trailer.
