Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.
If you need to request a change (quantity, item, or cancellation), please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

While weโ€™ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

How do I check my order status?

You can view your order status at any time by logging into your account.

From your account, you can:

  • View current and past orders
  • See order status updates
  • Download invoices and receipts

Does updating my account information affect open orders?

Updating your account profile (name, address, contact details) does not automatically update orders that are already in progress.

If you need to change shipping or contact details for an existing order, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The corrected information

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account to update:

  • Name and contact details
  • Password
  • Saved addresses

Changes apply to future orders only unless otherwise confirmed by our team.

Where can I find my billing information or receipt?

All invoices and receipts are available in your online account under Order History.

If you checked out as a guest and need a copy of your invoice, please email us with your order number.

How long does shipping take?

We generally need 1-3 business days for internal processing to ship your order.

You can select the shipping method we use to ship to you, but note that those are also estimates based on the shipping providers which can sometimes have their own delays.

Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Do you ship to the U.S. and internationally?

Yes. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Is an item in stock?

The absolute best way to check stock, is to simply email us with:

  • The product number(s)
  • Your desired quantity

And weโ€™ll get back to you as soon as we can with stock statuses, and alternates or special order availability if applicable.

Can you help me find an alternate or compatible part?

Yes โ€” but to keep things accurate, these requests are handled by email only.

Please include:

  • Boat make, model, and year
  • Engine or system details
  • The part number youโ€™re trying to replace (if known)

This helps us avoid incorrect recommendations.

What is your return policy?

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Return requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original manufacturer packaging required
  • Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before shipping

A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

How do I start a return or exchange?
  1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your item
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, weโ€™ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions
  4. Ship the item using a traceable carrier

Please do not write on manufacturer packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

If a defect or error is confirmed, applicable shipping costs will be refunded.

What items cannot be returned?

The following are non-returnable:

  • Electrical or electronic parts
  • Special-order items
  • Items with missing components
  • Items without a valid Canadian Marine Parts invoice
  • Shipping and special-order charges
