LOCKABLE SPARE TIRE CARRIER

Description

Zinc plated U-Bolt carrier secures tire on tongue or frame up to 3″ wide. May be used on 4 or 5 hole rims. Will fit all 8″ – 14″ and most 15″ wheels. Will prevent theft of spare tire. Does not include lock.
